The Drytex Lateral "J" is a neoprene alternative, constructed of a unique patented nylon core and polyester Lycra fabric that allows for improved airflow. The tubular lateral "J" buttress was designed for supporting lateral patellar subluxation, dislocations or lateral patellofemoral malalignment.
