Cryo Cuff ™

Aircast Cryo/Cuff system applies controlled "safe
compression" to minimize hemarthrosis and swelling, and cold to minimize pain.
Its simplicity makes it ideal for the ER, post-op, training room and home.
Indications: Post-Operative - ACL reconstructions , General arthroscopies
Non-Operative-Patellofemoral pain, Degenerative joint disease, sprains
Contraindications: Cryotherapy should not be used with persons with Raynaud's or
other vasospastic disease, cold hypersensitivity, or compromised local circulation.
The Cryo-Cuff system contains 3 basic components:
| Cuff- covers the injured area. |
| Cooler- holds enough water and ice for 6 to 8
hours of cryotherapy. |
| Tube- exchanges the water between cooler and
cuff. |
| All cuffs (knee, shoulder, ankle, thigh, and calf) use the same
cooler and fittings. |

| A totally self contained cuff that is filled directly with
water and ice - no cooler required. Inflating the cuff with the hand bulb
ensures compression and cold on the knee. The cuff remains cold for about
